Privacy

A short, clear privacy notice.

Interaction tracking is enabled by default. Marmo records when a visitor presses a reservation, Uber Eats, phone, email, or map link. Reservation-link clicks are also sent to Google Ads as conversions so Marmo can measure its advertising; this records the referral to OpenTable, not whether a reservation was completed. The private activity log contains only the action, time, a random event ID, and a pseudonymous visitor token created with a one-way keyed hash of the visitor’s network address. The raw network address, email address, and other contact details are not stored in the activity log.

When you send an inquiry, the details you enter are emailed to Marmo so the team can respond. The activity sheet records only that a form was submitted; your name, contact information, event details, and message are not written to the sheet. Inquiry emails are retained in the dedicated Marmo website mailbox according to the restaurant’s business needs.

Calls to Marmo’s tracking number may be forwarded to the restaurant. The activity sheet can record the time and duration of a connected call, but not the caller’s number or audio. Activity rows are retained for 90 days.
